STARS was created to encourage and rehabilitate the lives of homeless individuals and veterans.  The dedication and commitment that these individuals have provided while serving our country has been invaluable.  Our focus in developing our platform is centered on the ability to restore hope.  This is accomplished through our leadership team’s unyielding passion in helping others and providing continuous support after our clients have achieved their goals.
